Beauty at every angle

The curved arms guide one’s eye to follow around the entire chair, highlighting its beauty at every angle. The lounge chair can be placed anywhere and still be appreciated, which appeals to timeless ideals.

Emotionally durable

Sustainability is considered outside of materiality. As one sits in the lounge chair over time, the cork will form and respond to their seating habits.

The user makes the chair their own and creates a stronger, personal bond while increasing object longevity.

Handcrafted details

Genus provides comfort in its hand-shaped moments. These blended details are carried through the unique half-lap joint in the legs that emphasizes the construction of the chair while offering a forgiving, easily-manufacturable connection.

A perfect match for your space

The clean lines of Genus and its showcasing of rich materiality complement any Scandinavian interior. It cohesively ties within a warm, pure aesthetic that is comforting and inviting.
